Our 8th Annual Empower Conference is the premier event for Transaction Coordinators across the country and in 2027 we're rallying around a theme that sets the tone for what's next: Moving Forward with Intention. The 2027 Empower TC Conference will be hosted at the historic St. Petersburg Women’s Club, a landmark that has served as a gathering place for leadership, community, and progress since 1913. Nestled along the waterfront in the Old Northeast district, the Club has long been a hub for women who shaped the city’s cultural and civic landscape. Its elegant architecture, timeless character, and legacy of empowerment make it the perfect backdrop for a conference built on intention and forward momentum. Stepping into this venue means stepping into more than a building - it’s stepping into over a century of women leading with purpose. And don't worry, gentleman, men are welcome too.
