Information we collect
When you contact us, register for an event or coaching, make a purchase, or use our website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and registration details, and the information you choose to provide. Our website and service providers may also collect device, browser, usage, and cookie information. Payment details are processed by the payment provider used at checkout; we do not ask you to send card details by text.

How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide coaching and events, process registrations and purchases, send service communications, improve our website and offerings, and send marketing when you have chosen to receive it. We may use service providers for website hosting, forms, payments, email, and messaging to carry out these purposes.

Text messages and consent
If you separately opt in through our website chat widget, Empowering TCs may send the types of text messages described in that opt-in disclosure. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance, or email info@empoweringtcs.com. Consent to marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number for another purpose does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.
